KeyBank is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator in Brooklyn, OH to manage end-to-end trafficking of creative and digital projects across print and digital channels. You will ensure brand and compliance standards are met while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
The role requires at least 1 year in marketing project management or an advertising environment and a Bachelor's degree preferred. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with in-office presence three days per week.

The Marketing Operations team supports KeyBank's Marketing Department by enabling the effective execution of marketing programs across all lines of business and client segments. The Marketing Project Coordinator is an individual contributor responsible for managing the end-to-end trafficking of creative and digital projects - including print, digital (key.com), and other formats - from initial request through final delivery. This role ensures all materials meet brand standards, compliance requirements, and line-of-business objectives, working closely with internal creative and production teams throughout the process.
This position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $63,000.00 - $96,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
