• 10+ years in marketing, communications, business development, or related fields, ideally within a global advisory or consulting firm.
• Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with events, campaigns, thought leadership programs, and content strategies for C‑Suite leaders.
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills; ability to translate complex topics into clear content.
• Project management skills; manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage cross-channel marketing initiatives to showcase Teneo's differentiation and thought leadership.
• Serve as Marketing Partner to S&C leaders on initiatives supporting growth and client engagement.
• Drive content strategy and distribution across website, social, email, video, and internal comms.
• Plan and execute client events, conferences, webinars, and sponsorships to boost visibility.
• Manage teneo.com content to align with brand strategy and priorities.
• Own end-to-end project delivery including timelines, budgets, and vendors.
• Analyze campaigns and engagement to inform future strategies.
• Support acquisitions, new hires, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead marketing tech platforms (CRM, CMS, analytics) and collaborate with IT and Finance.
