Sulzer is seeking a Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist to support marketing, customer engagement, lead generation, and growth initiatives across MTCS Americas. You will coordinate customer-facing events, trade shows, webinars, and communications, while partnering with Market Intelligence, Growth and commercial teams.

You will manage lead processes, CRM activities, and marketing operations, ensuring accurate data, timely reporting, and alignment with regional objectives to drive revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating trade shows, webinars, or customer events.
• Experience with CRM platforms and lead management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer seminars, workshops, webinars, and events across the Americas.
• Support customer visits, executive meetings, and regional events.
• Manage event registrations, logistics, and attendee communications.
• Support CRM data quality, lead management, and reporting.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and collateral distribution.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Product Management, and Ops.
