Solid Ground seeks a Marketing and Community Engagement Manager to lead external communications, storytelling, marketing, public visibility, and community engagement across Ramsey and Washington Counties. You will connect community members with Solid Ground’s mission and opportunities to support our programs.

The role requires developing content for donor communications, coordinating with program staff, and growing engagement through events, media partnerships, and targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, nonprofit advancement, community engagement, or related field.
• Experience with social media, email marketing, website content, and digital communications.
• Ability to write, edit, and present to diverse audiences and at community events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual marketing and communications plan.
• Maintain consistent messaging, voice, and branding across materials and channels.
• Gather program outcomes, statistics, stories, and information with staff support.
• Manage social media, newsletters, and website content.
