Job summary

HBE LLP is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive the day-to-day execution of the firm’s marketing, communications, and brand activities. You will translate technical expertise into client-focused content, support proposals, and coordinate digital and traditional campaigns to strengthen client relationships.

You will partner with firm leaders and subject matter experts to shape strategic messaging, manage content calendars, and coordinate marketing projects across channels,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2-5 years of marketing, communications, or business development experience.
• Strong proficiency with visual design and content-creation software, such as Canva.
• Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with project management platforms; Asana experience preferred.
• Experience in B2B or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign planning and coordinate the firm's content calendar across channels.
• Develop, edit, schedule, and distribute client communications, newsletters, and thought leadership.
• Translate technical information into clear, client-focused content.
• Coordinate website content, social channels, and basic SEO activities.
• Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and priorities.
• Coordinate marketing projects from initiation through completion with stakeholders and vendors.
