Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to lead integrated marketing and communications for multiple client organizations, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution across brand, digital marketing, member acquisition, events, market research, and public relations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, client focus, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
• 6+ years of marketing and communications experience.
• Experience managing traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting.
• Strong people and project management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
• Agency/association management experience preferred.
• Experience with HTML, basic coding, marketing automation, and digital advertising tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead integrated marketing and communications campaigns for 4-6 client organizations.
• Build marketing plans grounded in market assessment, objectives, key strategies, channel recommendations, and performance analysis.
• Develop and execute digital strategies across SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Manage client marketing budgets, tracking, and reporting.
• Organize and engage project teams, delegate responsibilities, and keep campaigns on schedule and at a high standard of quality.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership and internal partners.
• Support brand and messaging development, member acquisition, event and convention marketing, market research, creative development, and public relations.
