Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or marketing operations.
• Experience budgeting in a professional-services environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and event-management platforms (e.g., Emburse) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Manager to develop and track the annual marketing budget in partnership with Marketing leadership, practice groups, and Finance.
• Monitor spend across campaigns, events, sponsorships, technology platforms, and vendor contracts.
• On a monthly basis, collaborate with Marketing team to review budget and reconcile and take corrective action, as needed.
• Produce monthly and quarterly budget reports with insights on trends, ROI, and resource allocation.
