Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or marketing operations.
• Experience managing budgets in professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track the annual marketing budget in partnership with Marketing leadership and Finance.
• Monitor spend across campaigns, events, sponsorships, technology platforms, and vendor contracts.
• Produce monthly and quarterly budget reports with insights on trends, ROI, and resource allocation.
• Analyze historical spend to inform forecasting and scenario planning.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and financial controls.
• Provide training on marketing tracking systems and maintain supporting materials.
