Job summary

Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive marketing and communications across the organization. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing & Communications, you will support corporate and internal communications, social media, events, partnership marketing and brand marketing.

The role follows a hybrid work model with collaboration across cross-functional teams and industry stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring strong writing, project management and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR or related discipline; CRE experience a plus.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading with AP style.
• Strong generalist marketing and proven project management across communications, events, social media, digital marketing, partnerships and content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
• Write, edit and manage communications and marketing materials (internal comms, newsletters, social content, presentations, emails, collateral).
• Manage social media content, analytics and strategy.
• Help manage high-impact events and experiences to strengthen relationships and brand.
• Coordinate multiple marketing projects with deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
• Serve as a steward of Rexford brand and voice across initiatives.
