Job summary

Polsinelli PC in Denver seeks a Marketing and Business Development Specialist to support the Litigation and Labor & Employment Departments, partnering with the Senior Department Marketing Manager. The role focuses on expanding client relationships and brand awareness across the firm’s practices.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in legal marketing or professional services, with strong communication, project management, and executive collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant marketing/business development in legal or professional services.
• Marketing in Litigation and/or Labor & Employment strongly encouraged.
• Excellent project management skills and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfort working with executives and handle dynamic requests.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of practice groups, attorneys, clients, and competition.
• Support development and execution of BD initiatives, events and programs.
• Assist with RFPs, pitch responses, and proposal tracking.
• Maintain compelling external content (web pages, bios, materials).
• Coordinate events with the firm events team and client communications.
• Draft content for external submissions and manage references.
• Monitor knowledge management and client activity in the CRM system.
• Assist with marketing budget and expense reconciliation.
