Job summary

Sysco seeks a seasoned Director to lead Margin & Profitability forecasting within the USFS Finance Forecasting COE. You will advance margin forecasting capabilities, standardize methodologies, and deliver actionable insights to enable profitable growth across Finance, Sales, Revenue Management, Merchandising, and Executive Leadership.

The role requires building scalable margin models, establishing governance, and transforming forecasting into proactive decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA and CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of related experience with GAAP and management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Margin Forecasting and own GP$, GP/case forecasting methodologies.
• Build driver-based forecasting models linking volume, price, mix, cost, inflation, and customer economics.
• Own Margin Analytics with standardized bridges and variance explanations.
• Drive One Forecasting Engine by standardizing tools, processes, and data views across the organization.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Revenue Management, Merchandising, and Leadership to improve profitability outcomes.
• Focus on forecast credibility, driver transparency, and COE transformation in the first 12 months.
