Job summary

You will manage events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives, aligning messaging with business priorities. You will lead a small team, define brand standards, and track KPIs such as engagement, brand awareness, and conversions, while collaborating with sales and research teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in marketing communications in life sciences/biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Marketing and Digital Marketing to drive integrated campaigns.
• Manage campaigns, events, and webinars from planning to follow-up.
• Ensure campaigns are measurable, brand-aligned across channels.
• Lead a small MarCom team and track KPIs: engagement, awareness, conversion.
