Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Owner within the Enterprise Supply Chain Make Product Group. The role focuses on maximizing throughput and business value through JJJ capabilities, bridging business objectives with technology strategies.

You will support the Anasco Make squad in reliability, performance, and appropriate capabilities for local plant products, including new lines and enhancements. Coaching for indirect team members is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or Manufacturing Operations.
• 6+ years of major IT product design and ownership in Supply Chain / Manufacturing operations.
• Project Management skills/experience in deployment of major IT capabilities across multiple sites.
• Experience supporting SAP applications preferred.
• Experience with MES platforms and integrations preferred.
• Fluent in English (written/spoken) - bilingual preferred.
• Experience in a GxP environment is required.
• Strong understanding of software development, testing methodologies (SDLC) and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, priorities and OKRs for the site squad aligned to technology strategy.
• Establish and align technology roadmaps for efficient delivery of business value.
• Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features and costs.
• Prioritize site backlogs, manage dependencies and cross-team coordination.
• Accountable for site budgets and timely financial deliverables (LRFP, MTP, BP).
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize investments and ensure new capabilities fit budgets.
• Maintain site performance metrics and reliability for the product platform.
