GEA Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Plant to lead scheduling, capacity planning, and Lean initiatives in a dynamic production environment in the United States. The role focuses on coordinating with shop floor teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.

The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in manufacturing/production planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 10+ years of manufacturing/production planning experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing/Production Planning or 3+ years using an ERP system.
• Experience in job shop or engineer-to-order manufacturing is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production, work, and shipment schedules.
• Maintain production capacity schedule and forecast.
• Prioritize work orders to optimize resources.
• Coordinate with department supervisors on progress and dates.
• Assist in solving production problems.
• Interact with shop floor management to improve efficiencies.
• Compile status and performance reports for management.
