Job summary

Stratasys, a leader in 3D printing, seeks a Supervisor, Production in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role you will lead daily manufacturing operations to hit production, quality and cost targets, manage schedules, and develop staff for safe, efficient operations.

You’ll oversee production cells, ensure compliance with policies, and drive continuous improvement through lean practices. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to Stratasys values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to work with others.
• 1+ years of experience with lean manufacturing methods (e.g., 5S, Demand Flow, Six Sigma).
• Experience in a multi-shift production environment.
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, policies and quality standards.
• Foster teamwork across production and other departments.
• Improve processes, reduce scrap and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop workforce plans and staffing for production cells.
• Conduct Tier 1 meetings with data prepared in advance for escalation.
• Support budgeting and planning for assigned lines.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans to management.
