Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years leading continuous improvement projects in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with machine design and manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of safety and ergonomic principles.
• Project management experience.
• Understanding of quality systems and manufacturing procedures.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, planning, and financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to implement plant initiatives.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and business justifications.
• Prepare and submit capital expenditure requests and manage equipment implementations.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to boost performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors on equipment design and negotiations.
• Oversee equipment purchases, installations, and new manufacturing processes.
• Provide leadership to solve complex operational and technical challenges.
