Job summary

Standard Iron is seeking a dependable Customer Service Analyst to support outsourcing of manufacturing work to external suppliers. You will manage outsourced jobs from release to completion, handling POs, materials, transportation, reporting, and communications with Production Control and suppliers.

The role emphasizes planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple outsourcing activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on meeting customer requirements and production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production control, purchasing, scheduling, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs, purchase orders, materials, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Open outsourced jobs and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate trucking and transportation of outsourced orders.
• Track outsourcing priorities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of outsourced jobs, purchase orders, materials, and supplier status.
• Prepare weekly and monthly outsourcing reports for Leadership.
