Glenn Metalcraft is seeking an Operations Manager in Princeton, MN to lead manufacturing operations. You will align people, processes, and equipment to produce high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This role partners with Quality, HR, Engineering and other departments to drive improvements and manage budgets. You will coach teams, manage performance, schedule production, and ensure resources and training are in place to meet KPIs and delivery targets while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5-7 years of progressive operations or manufacturing management experience, including production forecasting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold team accountable to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate cross-department communication to maintain continuous improvement.
• Plan production and ensure adequate resources are available.
• Identify skills gaps and work with HR to develop recruiting/development programs.
• Educate and motivate production teams to achieve targets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Oversee production budgets and staffing, training, and equipment needs.
• Partner with Quality Manager to support the plant's total quality program.
