FM Industries seeks a senior Operations Manager to lead manufacturing and operations, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, customers, and suppliers to meet business goals and apply best practices to resolve complex problems and drive department performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, cost control, and continuous improvement, with a focus on maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA; 7–10 years in operations management in manufacturing.
• 10–15 years in operations management is also acceptable with relevant experience.
• Experience with lean and Six Sigma or similar programs preferred.
• Proven ability to manage costs to budget and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing and operations to meet goals.
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Interface with engineering, quality, customers, and suppliers.
• Develop KPIs and provide management reporting on performance.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
