You will manage cross-functional projects, set production metrics, and coordinate resources to maximize throughput and quality. Strong communication and leadership are essential to succeed in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience leading and supervising both professional staff and team leads.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a manufacturing team across assembly, testing and repair.
• Plan, manage and control department performance and budget.
• Develop policies and long-term goals for the function.
• Set production metrics and drive throughput improvement.
• Coordinate resources to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Interface with other functions and senior management to align on priorities.
