Job summary

You will lead month-end closes, forecasting, and capital expenditure reviews, partnering with plant leadership to drive cost improvements.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5+ years in cost accounting and manufacturing finance, with strong Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/AS400).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of experience in cost accounting, controlling, and manufacturing finance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain standard cost rates while analyzing variances and evaluating plant efficiency.
• Support controllers with standard rate inputs for quotations and profitability by customer and part.
• Lead month-end close activities, financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate annual planning processes and oversee capital expenditure workflows with economic justification.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives, validate performance improvements, and support KPI achievement.
• Act as a strategic financial partner to Plant Manager and corporate teams with insights.
