Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of General Accounting and Cost Accounting principles.
• High level of integrity and a strong controls environment.
• ERP/financial systems experience (SAP, Hyperion) preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan with cost standards updates.
• Lead weekly and monthly cost reporting and distribute reports to management.
• Analyze variances to target and report KPI breakdown to plant teams.
• Identify process improvements in planning and reporting systems.
• Support month-end close processes and journal entries.
• Ensure internal controls and BOM accuracy throughout the year.
