Qualifications

• Degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering or related engineering field is required.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar production industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations and design concepts, analyze studies and proposals, and resolve problems by examining data and performing calculations.
• Evaluate and develop engineering plans or work orders to fabricate fixtures or items to aid production in cost reductions for continuous improvement.
• Develop key performance indicators to establish baseline performance for processes and assess impact of changes.
• Develop build strategies and lifting sequences; support projects with detailed designs from concepts and specs.
