The AES Corporation is seeking a Manager, Transmission & Distribution Utility Applications in Indianapolis to lead the digital application roadmap for Generation, Substation, Transmission, and Distribution operations. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in utility operations or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Electric Generation, Substation, Transmission & Distribution processes.
• Ability to bridge digital strategy and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the application roadmap for utilities.
• Act as the liaison between Digital and Operations.
• Oversee budget planning and execution, including cost control.
