Job summary

CSP in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Excellence to own QAD-based planning, master data and KPI reporting, driving standardization across the manufacturing network.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, guide the analyst team, and collaborate with IT on EDI and system deployments, balancing process excellence with hands-on improvement.

Travel up to 50% to CSP facilities is expected to deliver training, audits, and deployments.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in manufacturing materials, supply chain systems, or operational improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of ERP/MRP, inventory control, production reporting, master data, and customer demand processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, root-cause problem solving, and translating business needs into clear system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply chain business standards for QAD, including material planning, inventory transactions, production reporting, and shipping; align technical changes with IT.
• Develop and maintain supply chain policies, procedures, standard work, and a controlled playbook; recommend policy changes to the Director for approval.
• Establish master-data ownership, validation rules, and change controls for planning parameters, item data, bills of material, and routings with the responsible functions.
• Lead EDI business requirements and process adoption with IT and customer-facing teams; validate demand, releases, shipment information, and exception handling.
