Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager of Risk & Compliance to support Assurance Digital by executing certification activities and risk assessments across products and platforms. You will build artifacts, monitor evidence, and ensure release readiness while coordinating with product, engineering, and delivery teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in risk and compliance, with preferred CPA/CISA/CRISC or equivalent certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in risk and compliance or related field.
• Certifications: CPA, CISA, CRISC, AIGP, AAIR, AAISM or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute certification activities for Assurance Digital products and platforms under established standards.
• Prepare certification artifacts including procedures performed, evidence collection, conclusions, and release recommendations.
• Support risk assessments for new products, enhancements, and material changes; track mitigation actions until completion.
• Produce and maintain required documentation and evidence; ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to gather inputs and support compliance activities.
