Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate Recruiter to lead the recruitment of directors and AVPs across brands. The role partners with HR and business leaders to shape sourcing, selection, and compensation strategies.

You will manage full lifecycle recruitment, provide strategic guidance, and drive process improvements to build a diverse, high-performing leadership pipeline at corporate locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six to eight years of progressive Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience required.
• Experience recruiting for senior level positions preferred.
• Corporate recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with social media technology as it relates to Talent Acquisition (LinkedIn, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full lifecycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Provides leadership for management recruiting philosophies and tactics.
• Partners with HR leaders and hiring managers to support management recruiting services.
• Responsible for all Director and AVP roles across corporate locations and disciplines.
• Drives continuous process improvement for MVW talent acquisition and policies.
• Conducts intake sessions with hiring managers to align stakeholders and compensation.
• Develops relationships with market leadership and COEs to bolster pipelines.
• Maintains awareness of enterprise-wide policies related to management staffing.
