Marriott International is seeking a Director, Global Executive Talent Acquisition for a temporary assignment. This leadership role partners with executives and HR peers to source and recruit executive-level talent across corporate and Americas regions, focusing on high-impact roles and pay equity considerations.

The candidate will develop sourcing strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment, and drive process improvements with HR leaders, regional teams, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

Responsabilités

• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to align on target profiles and recruiting process
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing
• Develop and coordinate offers, pay equity, and compensation collaboration
• Extend offers, negotiate, finalize letters for HR Leader approval
• Initiate pre-hire checks and onboarding steps
• Maintain audits and compliance to drive accuracy and performance
• Monitor recruiting metrics and diversity hiring alignment
• Consult with VP, Exec TA on policies and procedures
• Coordinate with team on recruiting-related projects and initiatives
