Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks.
• Research and document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, and external auditors.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and help strengthen internal controls.
