Job summary

S&K Technologies, Inc. seeks a Management and Program Analyst III to provide management and program analysis services to FAALC, including planning, scheduling, conducting, and reporting analyses of administrative and logistics programs to determine resource requirements and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration or Associate degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• Minimum six years of experience.
• The ability to obtain security clearance enabling access to government facilities.
• Excellent understanding of technical issues and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review new and revised regulations, publications, directives, and logistical plans to ensure interpretation, impact, and compliance within FAALC.
• Coordinate new and revised operating procedures with affected activities and monitor their incorporation into FAALC handbooks and orders.
• Plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and report on all FAALC work activities per the Project Charter for each assigned project.
• Develop project workflows, work breakdown schedules, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and performance measures.
