Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in managed care analytics, healthcare finance, or payer contracting.
• Advanced knowledge of reimbursement methods and EMR software such as Epic.

Responsibilities

• Leads payment modeling and contract analytics for commercial and government payers.
• Transforms data from EMRs and financial systems into actionable dashboards.
• Analyzes revenue cycle KPIs and tracks denials and payments.
• Prepares findings for executive leadership and liaises with payers.
• Keeps current on payer policy changes and industry regulations.
• Supports IT in EMR reporting improvements and system upgrades.
