Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Development Officer, Major Gifts to advance donor engagement strategies and support the Major Gifts Department with strategic, operational, and project-based tasks.

In a hybrid-office setting at Olympia Center, you will coordinate donor events, manage calendars, prepare donor materials, and collaborate with Finance, Information Strategy, and Donor Relations to ensure timely reporting and stewardship.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Two+ years in a professional office setting, preferably with fundraising exposure.
• Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information.
• Experience with database management and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support donor-strategy execution for major gift prospects with long timelines.
• Gather and organize data and financial information to inform donor engagement.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site donor and team events, including scheduling and minutes.
• Assist with calendar management for senior staff and prepare for meetings.
• Support donor materials development and collaboration with Marketing and Donor Relations.
• Assist with travel coordination, vendor coordination, and budget tracking for events.
