Job summary

Gregory Packaging Inc. SunCup Juice is seeking a Maintenance Planner to schedule and optimize maintenance work, coordinating with production and the maintenance team. You will develop efficient work plans for Preventive, Predictive, and Condition-Based maintenance, ensuring parts readiness and data accuracy in CMMS.

Qualifications

Supervise CMMS data accuracy.
Plan PM/CBM work with production schedule.
Prioritize critical work orders to minimize downtime.
Ensure availability of technicians, parts, and equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage CMMS to ensure data accuracy and effective maintenance execution.
Plan Predictive, Preventive, and Condition-Based Maintenance with production schedules, ensuring resources are available.
Prioritize critical work orders to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
Manage CMMS data integrity, training staff to ensure quality entries.
Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and technicians to convert notifications into work orders.
Develop, monitor, and adjust maintenance schedules to meet production goals.
Generate reports and KPIs to track maintenance performance and backlog.
