Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years maintenance experience and 2+ years planning.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Must obtain forklift certification.
• Able to read blueprints, specs, and schematics.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules.
• Manage engineering, equipment, and maintenance documentation.
• Train maintenance and production staff on procedures.
• Integrate maintenance with production plans and down time.
• Plan manpower and materials for scheduled work.
