Job summary

Kaiser Aluminum Warrick Operations in Newburgh, Indiana, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, estimate, and schedule mechanical work and maintain records to support efficient execution.

You will coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure availability of facilities, equipment, parts, and tools, while aiming to improve productivity and reduce delays. Experience with CMMS and a technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Maintenance planning experience within CMMS.
• Associates Degree in a technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work daily, weekly, and shutdowns.
• Estimate costs and ensure parts, materials, and tools are available.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering to streamline work orders.
• Maintain and update equipment history in CMMS.
• Produce weekly schedules and backlogs reports.
