Job summary

Kaiser Aluminum Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Planning Superintendent to join their Warrick Operations in Indiana. In this role, you will lead maintenance planning and scheduling efforts to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.

You will develop planning standards and coordinate shutdown work to maximize efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling team ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop and improve planning and scheduling processes for maintenance activities.
• Oversee major shutdowns and outages including coordination and scope development.
