Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to generate work orders and schedule upcoming maintenance events across multiple plants. Strong CMMS skills and GMP awareness are required.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years planning experience, or 6+ years; experience with manufacturing automation and cost analysis preferred. Benefits start day one, including PTO and holidays, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline with 3+ years planning/scheduling in manufacturing; 6+ years accepted with strong work history.
• Working knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Read manuals, schematics, job plans, and drawings to support maintenance planning.
• Conduct advanced internet searches for vendor, OEM, and parts information.
• Maintain effective communication with coworkers, contractors, vendors, suppliers, OEMs and OPMs.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
