Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) seeks a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to generate work orders and create schedules for upcoming maintenance events across our facilities.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or technical training with 3+ years of planning/scheduling experience in manufacturing; CMMS/EAM knowledge; and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and data integrity skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in engineering or technical discipline and 3+ years planning/scheduling in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate work orders and schedules for maintenance events across facilities.
• Read manuals, schematics, and job plans to plan maintenance tasks.
• Ensure 100% data integrity for CMMS asset records and work orders.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and reports related to planning and scheduling.
