Job summary

KNAPP North America is seeking a maintenance professional to support our Illinois operations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage CMMS work orders, and generate KPI reports using Excel to monitor parts usage and system performance.

You will help coordinate plant-wide shutdowns and ensure uptime. The role requires 1–2 years of industrial maintenance, strong Excel/Access skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner and guide others.
• Strong MS Excel and Access skills; CMMS knowledge.
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to inquiries and promoting KNAPP products and services.
• Data entry into Knapp CMMS, KPI reports and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Maintain and format Excel spreadsheets and generate reports of daily weekly and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance.
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
• Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department.
• Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS.
• Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
