Job summary

EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support plant reliability and TPM initiatives. You will develop and optimize preventive maintenance programs, coordinate with production and maintenance teams, and ensure timely execution of work orders.

You will also maintain PM procedures, review critical spare parts, and collaborate with vendors to minimize downtime while improving overall equipment effectiveness in a fast-paced industrial

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance planning methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize maintenance schedules to support proactive strategies.
• Update PM procedures to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Prioritize tasks based on criticality, urgency, and impact.
• Ensure parts and resources are available for scheduled work.
• Assign technicians based on skills and workload.
• Coordinate with production to schedule downtimes.
• Ensure work orders are prioritized and executed efficiently.
• Collaborate with supervisors to reduce reactive maintenance and improve planning.
• Coordinate with vendors for services and support TPM initiatives.
• Provide regular maintenance reports to stakeholders.
