Job summary

SRS Acquiom is seeking a Relationship Associate to manage pre-closing and post-closing escrow, payment, and solicitation transactions. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and interact with outside counsel, principals, and internal teams to onboard appointments and ensure compliance with governing documents.

The role emphasizes an exceptional client experience, urgency, and detail‑oriented work as a bridge between deal parties and operations/payments teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in M&A, banking, or finance.
• Top‑notch customer service and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn payment processes and M&A basics quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations and payments teams to solicit and distribute proceeds.
• Review payment spreadsheets and forward to internal teams.
• Draft and finalize Letters of Transmittal and related documents.
• Update deal details in the internal database.
• Handle inquiries from principals, counsel, and shareholders.
• Ensure documents are properly loaded and tracked in the system.
• Support the sales team or Relationship Manager on meetings.
