Job summary

SRS Acquiom is seeking an Onboarding Associate to oversee onboarding for new M&A transactions. You will ensure effective client communication, maintain processes, and document findings in our internal database. Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills are essential for success.

The role is fully remote within the Continental United States, with occasional in-person visits to the Denver headquarters. The compensation includes an hourly rate and requires MT work hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is required; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for deal onboarding inquiries related to the Shareholder Representative Services product.
• Communicate with M&A attorneys for post-closing follow-ups across internal groups.
• Perform wire callback verification for SRS Acquiom products.
• Track all pending and closed transactions.
• Onboard new deals by collecting M&A documents and uploading them into our system.
