SRS Acquiom is seeking a Contract Review Attorney to analyze merger, asset, or stock purchase agreements and related documents to ensure accurate entry of post-closing rights and deal terms into our database. The role reports to the Senior Director, Contract Administration and requires a law degree with 2–5 years of M&A experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney with a strong academic record.
• 2–5 years of M&A experience with a major law firm or in-house corporate law department.

Responsibilities

• Review transaction documents for understanding post-closing rights and obligations.
• Complete second-level review of data entered by first-level reviewers.
• Record deal points accurately in the proprietary database and reflect covenants, reps, and warranties.
