Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit strategy and corporate development managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation tasks. You will craft and refine AI-generated board decks, target screening presentations, synergy analyses, and deal memos for live transactions.

This flexible engagement pays $100 per hour, with 5–20 hours per week (more if desired). It is fully remote with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in‑house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across board decks and memos.
• Support integration planning decks and pipeline materials for live transactions.
