Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, developing, and executing non-bank M&A and strategic investments.
• Participate in all levels of due diligence, including financial modeling and market sizing.
• Assist in preparing and presenting investment memorandums to leadership.
• Identify new opportunities through thematic research targeting new markets and disruptive technologies.
• Assist in portfolio management and reporting activities.
