Job summary

Focus Partners Wealth is seeking an Integration Manager to lead Service & Operations integration for mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through post-close implementation and stabilization. You will collaborate across Corporate Development, Onboarding & Integration, Client Service, and Technology to plan, coordinate, and execute integration activities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in wealth management, operations, project management, or related fields.
Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Lead integration activities for acquisitions from due diligence to post-close stabilization.
Coordinate with Corporate Development and Onboarding & Integration during planning.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
Ensure successful integration implementation and transition to steady-state operations.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed.
