• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of potential acquisition and growth opportunities.
• Assist with financial modeling and analysis using methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
• Help organize and review materials for due diligence processes, including financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to the preparation of internal presentations, board materials, and transaction summaries.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to support strategic initiatives.
