Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related business discipline.
  • MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • 3–5 years in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets or corporate finance roles.
  • Extensive experience developing financial models for forecasting and valuation.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate acquisition and growth opportunities.
  • Lead due diligence using data rooms, financial statements, contracts and internal resources.
  • Perform analyses including sum-of-the-parts, comparables, precedent transactions, and DCF.
  • Prepare transaction documents, due diligence logs and board materials.
  • Assist in investor communications and disclosures related to mergers & acquisitions.
  • Potentially assist with other corporate finance and capital markets functions.
