Qualifications

• Experience executing middle-market M&A transactions preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead transaction execution from initial assessment through closing.
• Prepare investment memoranda and board presentation materials.
