Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains financial models to evaluate strategic, M&A, or divestiture opportunities.
• Assists in competitive intelligence to understand industry trends and performance gaps.
• Supports development and execution of the bank's strategic plan and new business opportunities.
• Prepares presentations and reports for senior management and investor relations support.
• Leads projects and guides less experienced staff within the department.
